This website and copyrights are the property of Woodybody in their  entirity. Reproduction in whole or in parts are always subject to permission from the owners. However, hypertext links to the website are permitted without specific request.

1. Acceptance of terms :
The customer aknowledges having read the special conditions of sale stated on this screen at the time of ordering and expressely accepts them without any condition.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between customer and Woodybody, both parties accepting them without any condition. These terms and conditions shall prevail over all other conditions contained in any document, unless prior written consent.

2. Products :
Photographs illustrating products are not contractual. Shapes and woods may vary slightly. Woodybody can not be liable for any slight difference from the photographs. Most items are not in stock and are made when ordered. Any reproduction of designs or products is strictly forbidden. All designs are protected and are copywritten at INPI (National Institute for Intellectual Property)

3. Orders :
Details included in the original online order will be considered as a proof of the nature , containt and date of the order.
The sale will be concluded only after there has been a confirmation of order and a receipt of payment.
We withhold the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order or a doubt on the relevance of the details provided by the so called customer.
Information given by the purchaser when making an order are the purchaser’s responsability. If an error is made when giving one’s adress, Woodybody can not be held responsible for delivery failure.
Woodybody helds the right to not confirm an order. Customer would be informed via email. We remind you that only one account per custmer is allwed on the website

4. Shipment and Delivery :
After order confimation, Woodybody will ship all items ordered by the customer within the limits of available stock.
Delivery adress is specified by the customer who undertakes to verify these information.
In case of eror Woodybody can not be held responsible to deliver the product,  and the customer is commited to support the cost of an extra shipment.
The shipping time is 2 business days (average time) for products that are in stock. Out of stock and bespoke items shipping time is 4-15 days (average time is 7 days).
Delivery usually takes 2 days for France and 4 to 10 days for international orders.
Deadlines are indicative and can not lead to cancellation of the order, refund or discount.
Woodybody can not be held responsible for possible problems happening during the delivery such as postal services or any other transport service failures.
When the customer receives the order, he or she is entitled to refuse it on the ground of poor condition of the parcel, and should notify the delivery agent. If the parcel is open, exchange will be denied.

5. Withdrawal and returns :
Should you not be satisfied with the items you have received, it is possible to return them within 7 days after delivery. In case of request for exchange or refund, thank you to contact us for the return procedure.
The items must be return in their original packaging, with possible accessories.

!!! ATTENTION : due to hygienic issues, body jewelry will only be taken back in the event of manufacturing defects or error reported upon reception of products !!!

In case of withdrawal, Woodybody will refund the amount paid by the customer, except for  shipping costs, when the have been fully covered by Woodybody. Refund is due within a maximum of 15 business days.

6. Prices :
Prices are in euro, all taxes included, exclusive of shipping costs.
They may be modified at any time by Woodybody through various promotions.
The applicable prices are those displayed when ordering. If the price displayed is inferior to the price on the invoice, WOODYBODY will refund the difference to the customer upon request and after verification.

7. Payment :
The customer places the order following the instructions on the website. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email, with items specifications and prices and the total amount, all taxes included.
For individual customers :

- PAYPAL and crédit card : Secured payment via Paypal is available (with your own account or with your credit card via Paypal, more info on www.paypal.com).

- BANK TRANSFERT : You can pay by bank transfer. For the European Union it is now the SEPA transfers system that are safe, fast and cheap. For other countries made a SWIFT transfer.

 Items will be made after payment is received.
Should payment be denied by financial institutions, WOODYBODY reserves its right to cancel the order.
WOODYBODY also reserves its right to refuse any order from a custommer with whom there has been previous disputes over payment of a previous order for instance.
WOODYBODY declines any responsabilitie in case of a misuse of a mean of payment.

8. Disputes :
This contract is subject to French Law. WOODYBODY can not be liable for damages of any kind wether material  or imaterial,  which could result from a malfunction or unproper use of purchased  products.
Should there be any dispute regarding these conditions, WOODYBODY will attempt a direct settlement with its customer.
Minors: WOODYBODY would like to remind that minors do not have the abilitie to buy from its website.
Anyone oredring from this website has to be of legal age.

9. Warrenties :
WOODYBODY garanties products have been manufactured with great care and have been thoroughly checked before shipping.
In all cases, WOODYBODY can not be held responsible for non-compliance with local regulations and laws in the country of destination. Woodybody’s responsability is always limited to the sole value of  disputed products, value at the time they were purchased.

10. Legal Information :
It is necessary to collect personal information for online purchases. These information is essential in  invoicing, processing and delivering orders. Failure to fill mandatory fields will cancell the order.
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” Bill, processing of personal data is subject to a previous declaration to the CNIL (National Commity for Computing and Freedom). As specified in Article 34 of January 6th 1979, the customer can access, modify, rectify and delete data tha concern him or her. Moreover, Woodybody will not disclause nor sell the collected data to a third party.
